Return Policy for opened UnAddicta Products

UnAddicta products are offered and sold through www.unaddicta.com and are designed for you to follow along at home. Similar to pharmaceutical prescriptions and over-the-counter medications, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund on UnAddicta that has been opened or consumed. The product that has been opened, used, or altered by an individual in any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. For questions or concerns regarding refunds, please email support prior to ordering at support@unaddicta.com.

Returning an un-opened UnAddicta products

An unopened box may be shipped back to UnAddicta, Denver, CO. Att: Returns Department within 7 days of the order receipt, or it will not be eligible for a refund. Once received by UnAddicta customer service, a $25 restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s payment method as quickly as possible but within 30 days maximum of receipt of the package.
